Andrew began his career in Cultural Resource Management in 2014, working first in North Dakota before moving on to serve as a seasonal crew chief with the U.S. Forest Service in Washington. After several years of field leadership and GIS-focused work in Minnesota, he founded KARD‑iFacts Consulting, LLC to continue providing practical, collaborative, and culturally informed CRM services to clients across the region.
He holds a Master of Science in Cultural Resource Management Archaeology from St. Cloud State University (2023) and a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science (2021). His academic and professional work reflects a commitment to practical, collaborative, and culturally informed CRM practices.
Outside of work, Andrew puts his leadership and creativity to use as a long‑time Dungeon Master for his friends and he can often be found restoring the 1908 home he shares with his wife, Kiersten.
For seven years, Kiersten served as the Health Unit Coordinator at the St. Cloud Hospital, where she became known for her exceptional organizational skills, calm leadership, and ability to keep complex operations running smoothly. Now, she brings that same dedication and coordination expertise to a new venture as she co‑founds KARD‑iFacts Consulting, LLC with her husband, Andrew.
Kiersten was first introduced to archaeology while assisting Andrew with his graduate thesis. During that field season, she proudly located the first artifact of the project—an experience that sparked a lasting appreciation for the discipline and the work that goes into preserving cultural heritage.
Today, Kiersten blends her background in healthcare coordination with her growing passion for CRM, helping ensure that KARD‑iFacts operates with clarity, efficiency, and a people‑first approach.
